Shipping

Deliveries will arrive within a maximum of 2 to 5 working days for orders shipped within the EU.

After we process your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number.

 

If there is a delay, we appreciate your patience. If you don’t hear from us within 5 business days, please contact us.

We ship using GLS. You can visit any GLS ParcelShop nearby. Once your order is packed, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

The tracking number is generated before shipment and is active once processed by the shipping company.

To track your package, you can use the tracking number on GLS or ParcelsApp.

Please note that you will not receive delivery updates via email or text.

If you need to change your delivery address, contact the courier or customer service. 

A delivery notification will be sent via text message when your package is ready to be collected. Once your package status is ready for delivery the courier will deliver the package.

Make sure to provide a reachable phone number and a clear address. Missing information may result in delivery issues. If that happens, contact the shipping company with your tracking number.​


We ship Monday–Friday from Levice, Slovakia:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET


At BEYA BRANDT we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays in Slovakia.

Slovak bank holidays include: January 1, January 6, April 18, April 21, May 1, May 8, July 5, August 29, September 15, November 1, November 17, December 24-26.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

If you won't take over your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees that have been added, from your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to ship it back for an exchange or refund.
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


In case of exchange or return please contact our customer service by email to hello@beyabrandt.com including your order number and information on items you would like to exchange / return.


Any exchange or return without a previous email notification won’t be accepted and refunded.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
​

You may return all full price items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us at hello@buffetclothing.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You should expect to receive your refund usually within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
​

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
​

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

EXCHANGES
​

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

We only replace items if they are full price, defective or damaged.
